The Prohibition range of liqueur & spirit kits will ferment to around 40 proof (21% abv) in 3 weeks, they use the same equipment as a normal wine and ferment a a slightly cooler temperature but come with simple to follow instructions. These are superb for mixing your own cocktails or serving with deserts and at around £1.50 a bottle they are incredible value.
