The two kits in this range were developed over 10 months of exacting testing, brewing & research.
The Brewery supplied the original recipes to Cellar supplies our own research and manufacturing arm who then had the malts produced to match the beers specifications.
This resulted in a tin of commercial grade brewing malt only normally supplied to breweries and a sachet of spraydried malt extract. When this was then added to the same hops as used by York brewery a superb yeast that settles out well and simple no boil instructions, the results are truly amazing. Why not compare your brew to the real thing.
Following it`s success in winning the Bronze award in the CAMRA 2000 beer of the year the York Terrier is often in demand as a guest ale as well as featuring in all good beer festivals.
