Professional testing services: Alcohol Test Through our winery Beacon valley, we are now able to offer proffesional testing services, the first of these being alcohol determination.br We use an industry standard Ebuliometer that will calculate the alcohol content in a finished drink to 1/10 yes a tength of a percentage point. These are as used by the English wine board and approved by Customs & Excise.br To use this service order your number of tests from our catalogue and then send us a sample of your drink attaching your order reference to the container and we will the send you an alcohol report.br This service conducted by a lab would typically cost £25-30 but we are able to offer this service at a fraction of this cost, once again our way of bringing proffesional services normally only available to commercial producers to the home beer & wine maker. Coffee Beans We carry 17 varieties of coffee bean in stock and will grind them free for whatever type of coffee maker you use. We give all our coffees a star rating for strength from 1 star for mild and tasty to 4 stars for very strong and a seperate rating for those that we recommend for use in an esspresso. But remember that yu can always adjust the strength of coffee depending on how you make it. WobblyGob Traditional Cider Our famous traditional English cider produced with no added sugar and water, as well as oak aged for a minimum of 12 months.
